We have been notified that Friday 21st November will be the last day that Well Pharmacy will be operating from the Pharmacy attached to our Lower Building site in Alnwick.
K-Chem will be taking over the pharmacy and this will be a second site for them. This will not affect patients who use their Shilbottle site.
We understand that all patients who currently use Well Pharmacy as their nominated pharmacy will be automatically switched over to K-Chem Alnwick at midnight on the above date.
We are working closely with both Well Pharmacy and K-Chem to ensure the transition runs as smoothly as possible, but may we please ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
From 21st November Patients who wish to select K-Chem as their nominated Pharmacy will need to be clear which K-Chem site this is, Shilbottle or Alnwick. Patients will not be able to request K-Chem Alnwick as their nominated Pharmacy until Monday 24th November.
