We have made some changes to our prescription ordering line to make it more convenient for patients.
You can now choose to leave a voicemail message with your name, date of birth and first line of address followed by what items you would like to order and which pharmacy you would like to collect from. This saves you having to wait in a phone queue and keeps the line clear for those with more complex prescription queries. However you can still opt to speak to someone on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday (see times below)
Mon – 9-11.30am then 2-4.30pm*
Tues – Voicemail only
Wed – 9-11.30am then 2-4.30pm*
Thurs – Voicemail only
Fri – 9-11.30am then 2-4.30pm*
*Press option 1 to leave a message or option 2 to join the queue to speak to a member of the team.
