11/10/2025 Flu & Covid if eligible for both, if not eligible for Covid you will receive Flu only
18/10/2025 Flu & Covid if eligible for both, if not eligible for Covid you will receive Flu only
25/10/2025 Flu & Covid if eligible for both, if not eligible for Covid you will receive Flu only
YOU WILL BE INVITED IF ELIGIBLE BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND ALL INVITES AT ONCE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT THE PRACTICE TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AS WE HAVE ORDERED A VACCINE FOR EVERYONE WHO IS ELIGIBLE AND OF COURSE WE HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR FULL MEDICAL RECORD.
