Dear Patients
Our clinics are now open for you to book your Flu & COVID Vaccinations online. We would encourage our registered patients to book their appointment for Flu and COVID vaccinations with the Practice. We have already pre-ordered the vaccine for those who are eligible and we have your medical records to hand should we need to refer to these.
Patient Eligibility:
Flu
- Over 65 only
- Clinically at Risk/Immunosuppressed 6months+ & their household members – (this will include Asthma / Diabetes & BMI over 40)
- Carers – only those in receipt of carers allowance
- Pregnant ladies
- Children 2-16 (school age will be done by school)
- Housebound
- Care Home Residents
- The Flu vaccines we will be using have no egg protein, no porcine or gelatine.
- We will be unable to vaccinate anyone under 18 years of age as we will not be receiving the Pfizer vaccine for this.
Covid
- Over 75 only
- Clinically at Risk/Immunosuppressed 18years+ & their household members
- Carers – only those in receipt of carers allowance
- Care home residents
- Pregnant ladies
- Housebound
*We cannot administer ad hoc Covid as we must use a full vial once opened.
Please book your appointment online and arrive at the scheduled time. To help us provide your vaccination efficiently, please wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm, where the injection will be given.
